And… everyone exhale.

Because after weeks of rampant speculation (both on and off this site) we can finally confirm who will be on The Twilight Saga: Eclipse soundtrack. But this information will not be procured easily. No, instead for the next seven hours we will be revealing the soundtrack’s artists one at time, every half-an-hour on the hour.

Oh, and just because we want to this to be as dramatic as possible (seemed appropriate given the movie) we will not be rolling out the bands in order. Instead, the tracklist will gradually fill up as the day goes on.

Our apologies in advance to all the cranky bloggers who were ased to cover this by their employer. But hey, we’re in a recession: At least you’re getting paid!

Bill Condon will direct Breaking Dawn!!!!

FINALLY some movement with 'Breaking Dawn', it's running like rapid fire all over the web now. Here's an article from Entertainment Weekly with the details!

"It’s the worst-kept secret in Hollywood, but at least now we finally know it’s true. Dreamgirls director Bill Condon has signed on to direct Breaking Dawn, the final chapter in Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series. Summit Entertainment made the announcement today, though they declined to reveal whether or not the final book will be broken into one or two films. Said the press release, “Bringing Stephenie Meyer’s Breaking Dawn to the screen requires a graceful and intelligent hand and we believe Bill Condon is exactly the right steward, having shown equal and abundant talents of immense creativity and subtle sensitivity,” said Erik Feig, President of Production and Acquisitions, for Summit Entertainment.

Sources tell EW.com that it will most likely be two movies, though none of the lead actors’ deals are complete, and the extra cash they want for the fifth movie may still be an issue. Also up in the air: will Breaking Dawn be in 3-D? It’s clear the studio wants this massive moneymaker in theaters as quickly as possible. While the 3-D would add to the cost of the productions, more crucially it would add to the time needed to finish the films. It’s also likely that Breaking Dawn will begin shooting this fall in Vancouver, and, assuming the actors’ deals can be made for a fifth film, both movies will be shot at the same time."

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning share a smooch in their new rock ‘n’ roll movie, “The Runaways,” but Kristen said one thing got in the way – the law.

“She was 15, and I wasn’t allowed to grope her,” Kristen, 19, told Access Hollywood on Wednesday at the press junket for her new rocker film. “I’m actually not kidding, there are major restrictions that I don’t remember [from] when I was younger.

“I don’t want to give anything way. It’s a really passionate, hardcore scene,” she continued. “No, it’s just a kiss. It’s not really a big deal.”

“It’s just something that happened in their lives,” Dakota told Access of the kissing scene. “In the script, it’s not like a big build up or something that they talk about afterwards.”

The two play teenage members of ‘70s all-girl rock act The Runaways, starring as the iconic Joan Jett (Kristen) and Cherie Currie (Dakota).

“It looks great in the movie, but we are not close to the musicians that they are,” Kristen said.

But the two loved looking like rock stars – and plan to share their outfits with the women who inspired the film.

“I loved the outfits, I kept most all of them,” Dakota said. “Cherie gave her corsets away and we had them remade for the movie, [so] I’m going to give her one and I think that will be really cool.”

“I gave Joan a leather jacket,” Kristen said. “I wrote all over the back of it.”

Robs TV Appearances for "Remember Me"

The good thing about Robert Pattinson coming out with a new movie — you know, in addition to the fact that he’s coming out with a new movie — is that his ever popular face will have to make obligatory stops at all many popular TV outlets to promote it. While the “Remember Me” tour will be a bit less involved than the “New Moon” on was, we’re pretty excited about all of the TV shows he is going to be frequenting. What’s even more exciting is that most of the visits will be firsts.

“THE TODAY SHOW”- March 1

Rob’s first stop on the press tour stars March 1, where he will be kicking it off with a visit to “The Today Show.” This isn’t quite a debut, considering he already visited Matt Lauer while promoting “New Moon.” However, we really dug the interview at the time, and we’re sure Matt will pull out a great repeat performance.

“LATE NIGHT WITH JIMMY FALLON”- MARCH 1

It might seem surprising that March 1 will also mark Rob’s first appearance on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” (Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner both made appearances here for “New Moon”) considering as recently as February 10 he “made” a cameo appearance. Hopefully Rob will be able to get back at Jimmy Fallon for all his “Robert is Bothered” skits, maybe with a “Jimmy Fallon isn’t as funny as he thinks he is and that bothers all of us” one? Yeah, we know it’s not as catchy, but we’re working on it.

“THE VIEW”- MARCH 2

On Tuesday March 2, Rob will make his debut appearance on “The View” alongside costar Emilie de Ravin. ABC seemed pretty excited about it on their website news post, and they should have every reason to be. In fact, we’re surprised it took them this long to find an excuse to get him on!

“THE DAILY SHOW” — MARCH 2

If old women fawning over our favorite Brit isn’t quite your think, Rob will also be making his first appearance on “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” (!!!) that night. In fact, we are so excited about this appearance that we aren’t even going to waste our times speculating on how Jon Stewart will treat Rob. Hopefully however that appearance goes, it will blow our minds.

As for Rob’s ”Twilight” costar, Kristen Stewart (her new movie “The Runaways” is out March 19), she’ll taking a seat on Jay Leno’s new “The Tonight Show” couch on March 10.

Kristen Stewart did quite the round of press today as she geared up for the premiere of The Runaways tonight at the Sundance Film Festival. HitFix has a great interview with Kristen where she gives us some insight on Eclipse director David Slade and the pressure she felt in portraying Joan Jett. Read more below:

“Bella’s effect on the world wasn’t necessarily as great as Joan’s, obviously, and I never got to meet Bella,” Stewart said. “It’s completely different. All these people who have an investments in these women, that’s awesome…but when it becomes personal and it’s my responsibility to not destroy, like, what people are going to take from the most important part of my friend’s life… Joan has become really, a really big part. She’s awesome and I really love her. If we hadn’t told the story right, people don’t know the Runaways in our generation. Because they’re going to see them through us, it’s a much different experience than making an original fictional story.”
Speaking of Bella, even though she hasn’t seen “Eclipse,” the third installment of “Twilight” yet, Stewart gives high marks to director David Slade’s style on the film, which will come out this summer. “He’s a very technical director. Very. Very. He’s very thoughtful. I think it’s going to be cool for ‘Twilight,’ like, shotwise. He’s very conceptual. He really, really takes a lot of time to…you’re not going to see, like, a bunch of Steadicam. It’s very deliberate, which is very cool. It gives you more time to think about what you’re doing. I don’t know [the tone] because I haven’t seen the movie.”
On “The Runaways,” Stewart felt an instant connection to Jett, in part because they both experienced stardom from an early age. “We have been professional [from] a young age, which is hard, but her [in] such a different way,” said Stewart during a press roundtable at Sundance for “The Runaways.” “Like the biggest adversity I face is bloggers and [Jett] had people throwing bottles in her face and saying, like, ‘Sit down, you ugly loudmouth.’ To see how assured she is now and that she wasn’t always like that and it actually took a lot… And what she has now is a really, really, really thick armor and you see that happen in the movie. That’s what I wanted to do…She’s a survivor and at the same time she demands to live her life the way she’d like to. She’s a very smart inspiring person.”

How to close my five-day coverage of Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning's "The Runaways"? With a kiss, of course.

Since the film's world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival, there's been lots of talk about the actresses kissing in character as Joan Jett and Cherie Currie, and the trippy montage of skin and sexuality that follows.

"It's pretty subjective," Stewart said of the girl-on-girl action. "It was never written in the script, like, 'hardcore sex scene.'"

What was it like to film the scene, and what do the real-life ladies think of the results? I got the dish straight from Stewart, Fanning, Jett, Currie and director Floria Sigismondi.

Sigismondi told me the actresses were "such pros" and understood their physical intimacy was crucial for the film. In fact, the director would've gotten away with more if Fanning were older.

"There were a lot of things I couldn't do that I wanted to do," she said.

Such as? "If I used an 18-year-old, I could've maybe had her topless ... just to give it a little more reality."

"The challenging part was all the rules," the director admitted -- meticulous details such as, "One person can be on the bed; the other person can't." An on-set teacher laid down the guidelines for how Fanning, who turns 16 next month, could be depicted in romantic scenes.

Sigismondi maintains "it forced me to film it in a different way," something Fanning seemed grateful for.

"There was nothing in the script I couldn't do," Dakota said.

Currie was pleased with how the flick handled her relationship with Jett, saying that in the '70s "there was this bisexuality thing that was going down, and why not?"

Jett, retaining every bit her rocker mystique, shrugged and told me, "I'm not a kiss-and-teller."

Yesterday, a strange line of gossip began at E! News about some controversy between Twilight series author Stephenie Meyer and Twilight series film studio Summit Entertainment over The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.

Of course, gossip is like that tiny snag in a pair of pantyhose that just keeps stretching and warping out of the control until all that's left is an unrecognizable ruin of cloth.

Well, the snag stops here as Stephenie Meyer herself took to her website to address the allegations.

Just a quick note on the subject of the Breaking Dawn film: there is no drama over whether the book should be one movie or two. My personal feeling is that it would be very difficult to cram the whole story into one movie (as I've said in many interviews previous to this), but if a great way of doing that surfaces, I'm all for it. Two or one, whichever way fits the story best is fine by me, and everyone I've spoken with at Summit seems to feel the same way. We're all excited to move forward on this, and we are slowly and surely getting there. I know people are anxious for news, and so sometimes gossip get fabricated to stir things up, but there's no basis to this particular story.

For some reason rumor ran rampant on the Internet yesterday that Taylor Lautner met with a tragic end. He is very much still with us. In fact, as Novel Novice points out, he is slated to be a presenter at the Golden Globes later this week.
“LOS ANGELES (AP) — A werewolf is coming to the Golden Globe Awards.
“Twilight” star Taylor Lautner will be among the presenters at Sunday’s ceremony, along with “Milk” star Josh Brolin and “Saturday Night Live” alum Amy Poehler.
Ricky Gervais will host the 67th annual awards, which will be presented at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The show will air live on NBC (8 p.m. EST).”
This is the second time in the last thirty days that death rumors have affected the Twilight world. The first was a rumor that Stephenie Meyer had died, which was also completely unfounded.

Will "Breaking Dawn" go on?

It's been one of the biggest questions surrounding Summit Entertainment's uber-successful "Twilight" franchise (apart, of course, from whether stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson really are a couple off-screen) -- just how the producers are going to manage to pull off a big-screen adaptation of "Breaking Dawn." The fourth book in Stephenie Meyer's juggernaut of a young adult fiction series about the epic love affair between high school student Bella Swan and her good-guy vampire beau Edward Cullen has plenty of heft, clocking in at upward of 750 pages, but it also has the distinction of being the most controversial entry in the saga.

When it was released in August 2008, fan reaction was intense and divided with some "Twi-hards" expressing confusion and dismay over a plot that involved *SPOILER ALERT* a recently graduated 19-year-old Bella giving birth to a half-human/half-vamp daughter named Renesmee, who grows much faster than the average mortal child and who possesses a unique way of communicating with those around her, clearly inherited from Dad's side of the family.

Wyck Godfrey, the producer of all the films in the "Twilight" saga, admits that the creative team still doesn't know how they'll handle the character in the "Breaking Dawn" movie, but said that the plan is absolutely for the production to go forward -- as either one or two installments -- with an eye toward beginning to shoot in Vancouver this fall. All three stars are signed for "Breaking Dawn," he said, meaning that Stewart and Pattinson will be dealing with the joys and woes of interspecies parenting and newly minted heartthrob Taylor Lautner will return as often-shirtless shape-shifter Jacob Black.

At the moment, screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg, who's penned all the "Twilight" movies, is working on the "Breaking Dawn" script(s). "It's a work in process," Godfrey said in an interview Friday. "The issue [of whether there will be one or two movies] is not going to be resolved until we get the full treatment and see whether it's organic. If it's not organic, I don't think it will be done, and if it is, it will be. It really has to do with how much level of detail from the books there is, with all of these new vampires that appear in 'Breaking Dawn,' the whole section about Jacob... It's a very long single movie if it does become a single movie."

Although there's been a great deal of online chatter about whether Chris Weitz, director of the second and most recent movie, "New Moon," would return to helm "Breaking Dawn," Godfrey downplayed that possibility, saying, "I think everyone would be happy and excited if he came back, but I don't think it's going to happen."

He and the other principals are formulating a list of potential directors, "but right now," Godfrey said, "we're just focused on the treatment and getting that right. At that point, we're going to see who's available and who's appropriate. It's such a complicated book because you have the emotions and the intensity of the love story -- so you need somebody who's just a wonderful director of actors -- and yet it's really complicated from an action and visual effects standpoint. They've got to have both tools in their kit."

A visual effects background might be particularly helpful when it comes to dealing with the character of Renesmee.

"I keep having visions of '[The Curious Case of] Benjamin Button' in my head," Godfrey said, referring to David Fincher's Oscar-nominated 2008 fantasy about a man who becomes physically younger as he ages. "It's certainly going to be visual effects in some capacity along with an actor. I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being a full CG creation, but it also may be a human shot on a soundstage that then is used to shrink down. I don't know. We need a director. When we get a director, that director will need to come with a point of view of how they want to tackle it."

The third movie in the series, "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," is due in theaters June 30

Usually it’s role rumors about Robert Pattinson that draw big attention, but today the buzz is all about a possible future co-star.

An avalanche of outlets picked up a Production Weekly item that reported Christina Ricci will join Pattinson in the upcoming “Bel Ami.” The speculation has Ricci playing a character named Clotilde in the tale of Georges Duroy (Pattinson) and his corrupt rise to power in Paris.

A lot of people asked Gossip Cop whether the casting rumor was true.

We can confirm that it is.

The Twilight Twi-hearts love to keep their relationship private, so when it came to ringing in the new year together it’s no surprise that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart left the Hollywood and Times Square party scenes and opted for a quiet, romantic getaway on the Isle of Wight.
“Kristen loved the Isle of Wight,” an insider tells OK! of the island located five miles off the UK’s mainland. “She says she can imagine living there.”

Rob and Kristen stayed in the small restort town of Ventor, known for its beach and rocky cliffs.

The pair managed to blend in with the locals, but one lucky young fan managed to get pictures with them while they were there.

The couple also spent some time in London, where Rob introduced Kristen to some of his older friends. Another source tells OK!,”Kristen almost feels like a British native now.”

“Rob makes Kristen feel like the most beautiful girl in the world,” an insider says. “He gets this light in his eye and they can’t stop smiling. If you see them apart, they look sullen. They’re madly in love — and happiest together.”

“Their time apart has added spice to things,” a source says. “When Rob’s been away he misses Kristen so.”

Keeping in line with chick-flicks we're excited for is Robert Pattinson's newest non-vampire film, "Remember Me." Not only is it Rob's first chance to show to the world (in wide release) his acting capabilities, but it's also starring some of our favorite people. Emile de Ravin! Pierce Brosnan! Chris Cooper! It's March 12 release date will hopefully satiate our "Twilight" needs for at least a week.

2. "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," or "Another Record Breaker"

"Eclipse" is the one book in the "Twilight" series that truly lives up to the hype (Action! Romance! The supernatural!), and is sure to reach a wider audience then both of its predecessors and sustain its income a bit longer than "New Moon" did. Really, if you're reading this list, you're sure to not need any explanation for why June 30 is a date to look forward to.

Taylor Lautner may be about to pin down another role.

Seemingly seconds after he booked yet another post-Jacob job, sources tell E! News that the 17-year-old actor is in talks to put his New Moon abs to good use in a remake of the 1985 drama Vision Quest.

Which is not what it sounds like—a cheesy sci-fi flick—but rather a coming-of-age romance that featured Madonna's "Crazy for You" as its theme song and starred Matthew Modine as a high school wrestling star who falls in love with an artist—a permtastic Linda Fiorentino—his dad has taken in as a boarder.

Why remake? Let's just re-release that! But Taylor may have another vision.

He could wind up playing an updated version of Modine's character in the still-in-development film, which counts Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen of Temple Hill Entertainment (and Twilight and New Moon fame) as producers. We hear that Richard Munic has penned a screenplay that is "very faithful" to the original Vision Quest.

"Taylor saw [the script] and is really excited about it," says a source. "It's very much in line with his athleticism. His character is someone who's striving for greatness."

A rep for Lautner didn't respond to a request for comment and Warner Bros., which owns the rights to Vision Quest, remained mum on whether it's considering the shirtless wonder for the lead, confirming only that the film is in development.

According to the National Enquirer, Paris Hilton recently “spotted two ‘Twilight’ producers lunching at West Hollywood eatery Mauro’s, so she darted over,” and said, “Hi, I’m Paris Hilton, and I’d love to audition for one of the leads in your next sequel!”

OK, the Enquirer then claims that after the producers told her, “We’ll get back to you,” Hilton tried to convince them by saying she could generate “lots of publicity” for the Saga because “everyone knows who I am.”

The supermarket tab reports one of the producers then said, “Thanks, but we have more than enough publicity as it is.”

Damn. Oh, snap!

However…

Gossip Cop called a slew of sources, and not one person could verify this story — probably because the encounter NEVER happened.

And a couple of other things: One, Hilton would never introduce herself by saying, “Hi, I’m Paris Hilton,” and two, is there anyone with a high-speed modem who isn’t familiar with her “work”?

Edward's Chameleon-Esque Car
If his lousy parking job distracted you, perhaps you didn't notice that when Edward pulled into Forks High, his famed Volvo was no longer gray, as it was in the novels and the first movie. Hey, Chris Weitz, what gives? "I've taken a real spanking for this, a lot of heat," the director explained. "I'll tell you exactly why: Volvo wanted to give us a new, different car so I didn't want to paint it exactly the same silver color, because then [Twilighters] would be saying, 'Why are they trying to say that it's the same car; it's obviously not.' So, I thought, 'Well, I'll choose a new color!' And I thought I would choose slate black, not a reflective black, because it actually absorbs light and it would reflect the mood and melancholy and depression [of his character]. I know I got it wrong, I apologize for that. But that is my reasoning."

A Newly Visible Victoria
In Stephenie Meyer's "New Moon" novel, the vengeful nomad Victoria is more of a long-distance threat than a regularly glimpsed monster. So, why is it that the movie has her lurking in the woods, swimming in the water and even killing a character? "Well, movies are such a visual medium," explained screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg, who also created a scene with Victoria driving that was ultimately cut after being filmed. "To just be talking about Victoria, or to be hearing about her, isn't visceral enough. You have to actually see her and see the threat that she is; I wanted to keep her alive throughout, so that you knew that the danger to Bella was alive. I also had so much fun writing for her — there are a couple of action moments in the middle of the movie that are really fun, and I really wanted to have her in there. It also keeps the pacing of the movie, to see her and to have those conflicts."

Grandma Is a Bloodsucker
As die-hard Twi-hards know, Chris Weitz's grandmother was an actress in one of the first "Dracula" films and is still going strong at age 99; his mother acted for two decades and was nominated for an Oscar in 1960. Since the movie opens with Bella seeing her own grandmother, why didn't Weitz offer one of his own family members the chance to act again? "How kind," he said at the thought. "But I think it would have been difficult for me to say, 'Mom, we would like you to play a woman who is so old that she horrifies Bella when she recognizes herself in the mirror' — I think [my Mom] has put movies behind her for good. And now, she just raises me and my brother."

How Did Taylor Do It?
If Taylor Lautner wanted to keep his job, he needed to get very muscular, very fast. Now that you've seen him with his shirt off you might be wondering: How can my boyfriend get that bod in less than a year? "Jacob transforms a lot in 'New Moon,' not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. So, it was a matter of getting to the gym and eating the right foods," he explained. "I was in the gym about five days a week, because it's important to get your recovery time and not overwork yourself — I was trying to put on weight and If I was in the gym too much, I'd be burning the calories I was trying to take in. The other thing — the most important thing — was the eating side. Everybody thinks it was the actual getting in the gym — that was easy; I was motivated. Getting in the gym was easy for me, but the eating was pretty hard."

The Final Line
As you now know, "New Moon" ends with a very special proposal. But since it was different in Stephenie Meyer's novels, who decided to move it? "My thought was initially to save that for the next movie, because that movie's all about the triangle and Edward's proposal to Bella and her debate about whether to do it or not," Rosenberg explained, giving the credit to Weitz. "Chris realized — and I think rightly so — that belonged here. And it was a great way to go out of the movie."

In just the past few months alone, Robert Pattinson has been thrown into the casts of “Dune,” Vauxhall Crossed,” and “Yellow Submarine,” without a single audition – or interest.

The latest rumor claims “Pattinson wants to play X-Men Villain” Magneto.

According to the British OK!, Pattinson “now wants to jump from vampires to characters with superpowers” and “revealed his desire to play the mutant [Magneto] who is able to control and generate magnetic fields and is an arch-enemy of the X-Men.”

What you should know, however, is that Pattinson didn’t say he had interest in playing Magneto. He was simply responding to a leading question from an interviewer about whether he had “thought about playing a superhero sometime in the future?”

The tab reports that Pattinson said, “Well, yeah, I think everyone wonders about that sometimes. My little cousin tells me I look like Magneto, so I guess that’s who I should probably play.”

But since his kid cousin isn’t a casting director and Pattinson hasn’t really expressed an interest in playing Magneto — nor can a single person we’ve reach out to confirm it — Gossip Cop is going to put a big X across this story and add it to the “Pattinson False Rumor Role” file.

The model for Interview’s 40th anniversary issue is actress Kristen Stewart, who currently stars in the monster hit Twilight series. Using her as the model is a masterstroke of celebrity-cover timing, perfectly executed. The image is two photos — if you pull back, you can see her holding over her own face a same-scale, torn black-and-white photo of her, whose only color is in her blood-red lips. The ghoulish makeup is perfectly in keeping with current fashion photography, and it serves the dual purpose of enhancing the metaphor while making her look drop-dead beautiful. A final touch: the allusion gets heightened by more blood, this time on the fanglike letter I in the logo. That’s why the lady is a vamp!

More "twilight" crime!

News hitting the press today is about 22-year old Samantha Tumpach who taped about 3 minutes of New Moon while on a surprise birthday trip for her sister and it may land her in prison for 3 years.

"The Chicago, Illinois-area woman captured three minutes of the film on her videocamera while taping part of her sister's surprise party at a Muvico theater in Rosemont.

Theater managers contacted police, who arrested Tumpach. She spent two days in jail. Now she faces a felony charge of illegally copying a movie.

'The motion picture industry has encouraged theater owners to adopt a 'zero-tolerance' policy prohibiting the video or audio recording of any portion of a movie,' Muvico Entertainment, which oversees the theater, told HLN's Prime News.

Attempts to reach Tumpach and any representation were unsuccessful.

Piracy has been an ongoing issue for the motion picture industry. The Motion Picture Association of America estimates that illegal piracy costs its business billions of dollars every year. Muvico said the group believes that hidden cameras in theaters are the direct source of more than 90 percent of all pirated movies.

Still, CNN legal analyst Lisa Bloom said three years appears excessive for the incident, if it should be prosecuted at all.

Illinois state law is fairly broad on this subject, she said, and she believes that it's a ridiculous distortion of the law to prosecute this young woman, who recorded only a few minutes of the film as part of a birthday video.'

Experts say the MPAA, and by extension Summit Entertainment, which produced New Moon,walks a fine line with cases like this.

Kelli Gillespie, an entertainment reporter for the CW, says the movie industry is trying to avoid a similar situation to what the music industry faced with illegal downloads and is trying to work with 'ever-changing technology that's available to so many consumers without alienating their fan base.'

What happens now? Muvico Entertainment says it's up to local police to determine Tumpach's future.

However, the MPAA or Summit Entertainment may want to step in to assist a fan, Gillespie says. It's in their best interest, she said, 'to figure out a way where you aren't punishing the consumer.' "

Our Chatbox regular Lautner-luvr discovered that Jackson went to the same school as her in 1992! She found a picture of him as an eight year old in the yearbook of international school of stavanger in norway. I didn't know Jackson lived in Norway! He's must of lived in quite a few places because he was born in Singapore and now lives in the US of A. Anyway here is a snippet of my email from Lautner-luvr and the adorable young Jackson picture:

As previously reported, the tabloid claimed Pattinson “is in talks with director Robert Zemeckis to play the late great Beatle in Disney’s 3-D remake of the classic cartoon Yellow Submarine.”

The story was picked up by numerous outlets, and there were elements that made it plausible: Pattinson is British, and has a fondness for writing and playing music.

Suffice to say, we reached out to EVERYONE, and it was a long and winding road, but a Disney rep who spoke directly with the filmmakers told Gossip Cop the rumor is absolutely “false.”

A few months ago we were treated with the very first film still from The Twilight Saga: Eclipse which was featured in People Magazine (courtesy of Summit Entertainment, of course).
